Hogwarts Legacy is shaping to be the franchise’s ultimate video game realization, and fans worldwide look forward to the release. The game is less than a month away and is already a massive success on Steam.

The popular PC platform is home to titles like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Fifa 23. Despite these big games, Hogwarts Legacy is currently at the top spot on Steam’s best-selling games.

This list does not include free-to-play games like CS: GO and Apex Legends. When considering games that need to be purchased, Hogwarts Legacy has pulled ahead of several prevalent games.

While the game is set to release on February 10, 2023, fans can also pre-order the game’s deluxe edition for early access. The early access period begins on February 7, giving deluxe edition owners a three-day head start. Hogwarts Legacy is also available on the Epic Games Store, with a similar early access period.

Hogwarts Legacy promises a unique experience for Harry Potter enthusiasts. The franchise has not seen a major game release for many years, but Hogwarts Legacy aims to change that with a fresh AAA release.

Fans can take on the role of their custom character as they explore the Harry Potter universe. The game includes a vast open world to explore and skills like spells and potion crafting.

PlayStation owners can also enjoy exclusive content that will not be available elsewhere for a whole year. This includes the Hunted Hogsmeade Shop, which comes with the Shopkeeper’s Cosmic set, an extra dungeon, and more.

2023 is packed with exciting releases, and Avalanche Software’s Harry Potter game will be just one of the many exhilarating games this year.

The Steam platform has also seen considerable growth in 2023. It recently saw over 32 million concurrent users, and Hogwarts Legacy appears to have captured a significant chunk of this audience.

I do not get outrage buying, I really don't. You really think the troons are monitoring your transactions and seething because you spent 60 bucks? They're seething because Rowling's name is somewhere on this, not because of you.

Afaik it has the usual bullshit of Bodytype A and B, Voice A and B and you can select if your character is assigned to the Witches or Wizards dormitory. And of course you can mix it around however you like, you could create the manliest dude who sleeps in the girls room. So overall the game is woke enough to take the steam out of the transphobia argument.

Still gonna buy it, it looks fun

I don't think most troons will be able to resist buying this game no matter how much you see them whinging on Twatter about it.

Harry Potter is a cornerstone of their identity. Add in Star Wars and that pony shit and you have like 99% of their base personality.

Yah, this game will do gangbusters and there is no a single thing the troon-squad can do about it. All those "allies" and "activists" on social media wont hold back when it comes to their own fetish.

They quite literally are. Someone just got fired for liking the game and looking forward to it. They're honestly betting a lot on it failing because they're trying to do their own version of 'get woke go broke', except its the #1 game on Steam and probably will sell crazy. And I bet they'll invest some money in attempting to DDOS and blacklist people who play or enjoy it.

I'm betting cash money on them review bombing it as soon as they can and journos defending them because its people they like doing it. They're already putting shit up like 'Villain Protagonist' and 'Capitalism' and 'Genocide Simulator'.

They are absolutely 100% upset about you buying it.

I imagine reddit and ResetERA is pretty excited right about now. LOL

Awesome. This is the true nature of troon power when forced to play in reality and without enforcers pushing their whims. I can only imagine how what the mainstream reviews are going to look like. They will be on full damage control for the troon narrative.

Never spent a second on Resetera but the /r/Games thread was pretty staid. Just like, yes, this is a highly anticipated game of one of the most popular IPs in the world, of course there are a lot of preorders.

There were a handful of troons yelling about How Dare You Support The Transphobe but they weren't paid much attention. Most of the seething was around preordering as a concept, which honestly I can't bring myself to care about. It's just video games.

I have never pre-ordered a game and I never will, they don't work often enough to my satisfaction.

I haven't bought a brand-new release since Pool of Radiance destroyed my Windows XP, causing a reinstall of my operating system. Usually, I wait until the "Game of the Year" edition to even bother.

Will these developers cave in to pressure, and create a Tranny Edition? Or double down on their "only male and female" heresy? I'm on the edge of my seat!

The creator of the Harry Potter series, JK Rowling, has made a number of transphobic remarks on social media in recent years. While WB Games says “JK Rowling is not directly involved in the creation of the game”, it is based on her work and it’s still unclear if she will receive royalties from its sales. If you’d like to learn more about transgender equality or lend your support, here are two important charities we encourage you to check out: the National Center for Transgender Equality in the US, and Mermaids in the UK.
This is from pc games lol.

Wait, Pool of Radiance had a new release since the original 1980's version?

And I missed it?

I like the Harry Potter IP (yes, I have read other books). This seems to be the game I've always wanted from the franchise. The troon seething is just icing on the cake.
