My garlic was puny. I think it gets too hot, too fast here. Maybe being forced to go dormant before fully bulking up the bulb. Clove division was good though.

Im curious what my yield will be next year now that im in a warmer climate. My one bit of advice is to always plant your big garlic, typically leads to similar sized yields.

From my research, most varieties don't like warm climates, I'm at garlic's southern limit. My word of advice is plant in the fall, let grow through winter, harvest early summer.

I always planted in the fall in the great lakes region and plan on doing so down south here now. It'll be an experiment for sure.
How's it taste? Is it more like the raw garlic or more like the honey?
Its a mellow garlic tasting honey is the best I can describe it. A million times better tasting than shitty OTC medicine that just masks symptoms as opposed to strengthening your immune system.
