Yes, there was. It was some scandinavian, of some kind, IIRC, dude, who called himself The Eunuch Maker. Whole thing is one of the few things which gave me the heebie jeebies, so I can't stomach looking it up, but a cursory search engine look-up will find it.

You'll be thinking of this charming gentleman..

How ‘eunuch maker’ livestreamed extreme body modifications and sold body parts

Yeah he was from Norway originally but unfortunately it all went on here in terf island. As far as was reported though it was some nuts homo fetish rather than trans but sure the trannies could find a bit of inspiration and get out their pocket knives!

Troon and pajeet removed at the same time, based.
I just developed a three step plan.
1. Convince troons that you are a talented surgeon with purchased Ukrainian medical certifications
2. Sell them saline injections repackaged as hormones, flatter them with lies that they are working
3. Get a lump-sum payout to take them to an undisclosed location, where they will be put under general anesthetic, have their genitals removed with a bandsaw, and be left to bleed out in whatever dank crevice you lured them to.

Money Printer go Brr?

That trustworthy establishment is called TheQueerQuirk. Post from Tranny Sideshow thread.

Oh yeah I remember that from last year, it was a massive troll to bait trannies into buying test boosters. The seething on xitter when some big tranny account posted that the pills were bait was absolutely glorious, it was like watching a rerun of Nov 8 2016. I didn’t know about the ‘femboy tummy pills’ being laxatives though, that one is incredibly fucking funny

Turns out all that KF needed was the passage of time to be completely and utterly vindicated for everything the media and high-profile internet infrastructure providers tried to kill the site for.

Keffals, Fong-Jones, Taylor Lorenz and just about every other DropKiwifarms figure has either lost their position or fallen into irrelevancy. Elon bought Twitter, ruining their safe space and forcing them to run to Bluesky (a far more censorious, anti-social platform with a far smaller audience). DIYHRT is gradually being pushed onto the deep web while KF has enjoyed two full years of nearly-unfettered clearnet access.

Feels good.
The real problem was never the psychos, although they were in fact a problem. The real last boss are the people backing them.

Every step of this process is wrong and this guy is seriously going to give someone a deadly infection…
I'd be very surprised if even 10% of these illegal pharmaceutical companies own a laminar flow hood or a set of pipettes. Caden Peck probably had better sterile technique growing mushrooms on pasteurized horse shit than some mentally ill third worlder selling unregulated medicine to minors.

Has anyone actually put the thing under a microscope or ran chemical analysis, let alone done quality control?
You may be dismayed to learn that the answer is yes. TeaHRT, a "highly reputable" American vendor that allegedly employs two chemists and uses a "high quality filtration process," has lab reports from Janoshik Analytical. This is a small Czech firm that appears capable of performing mass spectrometry.

While I have no reason to doubt the legitimacy of Janoshik's methods, looking through the public tests reveals something very interesting: they appear to almost exclusively validate scams like random Chinese suppliers of research chemicals, illegal steroid manufacturers, and of course illegal transgender hormone manufacturers.

One of their most recent clients is PeptideGurus, which supposedly sells peptides (basically the building blocks of proteins) but recently tested semaglutide, a drug for fat people. This site is sketchy for several reasons, among them the American address and Chinese phone number, the fact that they use Telegram for customer service, etc. Those aren't things that legitimate chemical suppliers will typically do.

I've looked through a few lab test reports and so far, they all seem to use the same random lab that's suspiciously adjacent to other endeavors that are shady if not outright illegal. Actually, here's a list of all the "homebrew" operations with lab results. All but one use the same lab:
I highly doubt the average troon has any idea how to interpret these results. They just want to see that someone sent a sample of a batch to a lab once, and that it contained roughly the advertised quantity of estrogen. They wouldn't necessarily know or care, for example, that the "highly reputable" TeaHRT is contaminated with vinegar, or that AstroVials preparations are compounded in benzyl benzoate, a topical insect repellent. Researching more into the schizophrenic FAQs of these sites, most or all of them use benzyl benzoate because they're deluded by some guy's blog post from 10 years ago into thinking that using an outdated scabies treatment is an appropriate substitute for a real antimicrobial agent in their products.

Looking closer at the lab results, it seems like most of the contamination comes from their habit of using MCT oils from the supermarket as a carrier for the estrogens. There are often trace amounts of random fatty acids that while not harmful, no legitimate pharmaceutical company would knowingly allow in their products without a specific reason for it to be present in the formulation.

Digging a little deeper into Janoshik, the registration number of 17668727 on their website and a Czech database matches. For some reason, unless Google Translate is trolling me, they're listed as a real estate management firm. "Předmět činnosti: pronájem nemovitostí, bytů a nebytových prostor." It's owned by someone called Peter Magic who paid CZK 10,000 for it, who has hosted other businesses at the address including Narchem s.r.o., another real estate firm secondarily involved in "testování, měření, analýzy a kontroly," or measurement and analysis in the field of "natural and technical sciences."

I have no clue what's going on in Prague, but it looks like some guy bought an HPLC machine to rubber stamp quasilegal peddlers of hormone supplements for profit. This is what gives troonshine producers a veneer of authenticity, right along with shady Chinese companies selling steroids and other random drugs for "research purposes only." I gotta leave this for others to dig deeper, but apparently Janoshik is the lab for steroid spergs and has a very mixed reputation, including allegations of altering test results.

Just looking at the preferred testing lab led me down an unexpectedly deep rabbit hole. There's probably an equally disturbing story behind Trans Harm Reduction, the organization that handles testing through Janoshik. Anyway, to end this unintentionally long post, just compare these two clients of Janoshik and tell me there isn't something very wrong going on here.

We should be thankful that there's no r/TransDIYSurgeries subreddit. It would be fucking terrifying to see tutorials of people rearranging their genitals in the mirror while injecting themselves with copious amount of drugs so they don't pass out due to blood loss. But, reality is so fucked up sometimes that I wouldn't doubt this happened at least once or twice.
If there were, it'd get shut down almost immediately when people who try these DIY surgeries end up dying from shock or sepsis.

Some recent salt where this guy thought it was a good idea to answer an unsolicited email offering to provide estrogen in exchange for Amazon gift cards.

A fool and their money are easily parted. I do really wonder what kinds of mental gymnastics make them think a capable and legitimate chemist will settle for amazon cards to break the law. They somehow think everyone is against them, except when they say they're not then they're totally all for it. There's literally no fucking skepticism from these people, they'll accept literally anything that even slightly validates their worldview, no matter the stretch.

This reminds me when I once saw a tranny who was rotting his balls thinking he was doing an orchiectomy. He also said he wanted to cut off his toes because his big feet were giving him dysphoria.

I mean fuck, do I need to say more? Homebrew chemical castration with a side of sepsis and death, because you think it'll force the doctors to make you a pretty lady. I'd imagine a doctor seeing the aftermath of this retardation would prescribe this fuck testosterone replacement, not estrogen, along with seeking a guardianship situation because they're clearly not capable of taking care of themselves.

Seriously, don't inject alcohol, its a disinfectant (At high concentration, drinking alcohols don't even get that far), not a sterilizing agent - so any failure to sterilize your injection site and tools is going to give you a lovely case of infection. And the alcohol itself now rolling around in your bloodstream is going to fuck up veins, organs, a whole pile of shit because you've got pure cell death rolling around, rather than being moderated by the digestion process. It might almost be a mercy if he just ruptured a testicle instead and died of the blood loss.

Stop being such a transphobe, you bigot. Did you not know that trans folks are persecuted by western medicine and its internalized transphobia, causing licensed practitioners to commit such microaggressions as pausing to think whether permanently altering someone's endocrinology is an appropriate response to a Reddit post? You're literally committing genocide right now.
