PG Tips, original. Sometimes I splurge for the Gold. Hot. Straight. No sugar, no milk.

i know you fellas know where the good lapsang souchong is, hook me up. i've been ordering the taylor brand online but that can't be the real good stuff
I usually get it loose from a local store and I actually don't know where they get it. It's generally better loose though.

One I really used to love was Berry Bros. & Rudd, but they apparently don't do tea any more. Ironically, they still cite lapsang souchong as an undertone for a lot of the scotches they sell.

If you know any Chinese groceries that sell loose tea, you can pretty much identify it by aroma as well as whether or not it is fresh (sometimes these groceries have stuff years old but at least this you can literally sniff out).

My local tea shop started carrying something called Colonial Bohea. It's basically lapsang souchong in all but name, maybe slightly milder than average. Oliver Pluff Co. sells it. Not sure if it will meet your standards, but it may be worth a look. I've been drinking so much of it lately that my piss smells like a campfire.
