How are you doing? - Kiwi Farms Wellness Check

Long story short, I didn't get a job I interviewed for. On the bright side, I'm still gainfully employed, but I would have loved getting that data entry job. Also, as usual, current events and the state of society these days is getting me down. I'm on vacation now though, so I'm going to immerse myself in my hobbies and interests and try to not think about our increasingly shitty world. I'm trying to be comfortably numb right now.

Fucking flu got me a couple days ago, too. For sore throats I make medicine tea, works a charm every time. Set cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and honey (all to personal taste) in 2-4 cups of water and boil for 5 minutes. Add milk and/or whiskey to your mug. Breathe in the steam, drink up, and feel better.

The dust has finally settled. Took a couple of shots of vodka to numb my emotions but at least I was able to get out of my house and get some groceries. No clue how I'm going to tackle getting together over Christmas now. Mom wants me to come over and celebrate with the family, but understands that I probably need a lot of space.

Fucking pissed I caught a month ban on the 4chinz because some asshole on /pol/ violently shitposted at the jannies while in my ip range. Appealed but I somehow doubt it'll come to anything. Got a ban earlier in the year for a /biz/ post I didn't make too fuck

Edit: appeal accepted. Based jannies?
