My neighbor brought a puppy and it will not shut the fuck up.
In fact, it is so loud that all the dogs in my apartment are losing their shit.
I haven't slept well in the last 3 days because of this piece of shit.

But I can not lie. The puppy is really cute..

I was told off again about how "my therapist will give up on me" oh, and how ripping a free LIDL magazine would scare people.
Drew on a napkin and recreated Chris-Chan' s eye drawing to that hobby shop in seconds. Planning on jotting down drawing ideas to cope somewhat.

I hope you feel better. I also struggle with anxiety. Sometimes, I struggle with depression too.

Do you keep a journal? I know that's not the best solution for everyone, nor is it the only solution, but I started doing that years ago and it helps me. These days I keep a digital journal rather than a physical one, but it accomplishes the same thing.

I do journal and I have a blog (but was ridiculously told that I'm GoNnA bE cYbErBuLlied in Tumblr of all places) Oh, and no knowledge that you can turn off asks and anonymous asks, le gasp.
I even have several journals for exercise and other health shit; plan on making a post on my male Red Eared Slider's recent tendency to watch how I'm doing mentally.

got an sd card for my shitty little nokia today, so i'm pretty pumped about that, honestly i've just had so much free time lately that i don't really know what to do with myself. shitposting on this site gets kinda boring (and i'm pretty much always banned from 4chan, i think i've been banned ~70 times since I moved into my apartment last summer).
