I'm doing better but last week I wasted a giant dead rabbit because I got it out to defrost for the burmese python and then forgot about it.

I also get shocked any time I touch anything metal, living, or electronic all winter. Wish I had a suggestion how to fix it, just giving you a general "this sucks and me too," fam. It's gotten to the point where I flinch every time before I touch my husband or plug in a game controller. I even bought some yarn dryer balls because they supposedly absorb static electricity from clothes but it's a bust. Saves us money on disposable dryer sheets, though.I get being a bit more dry in the winter, but I have become a static electricity factory lately. It doesn't help that I wear fuzzy stuff like sweaters, socks (on carpet) and flannel to keep warm. I'll regularly touch things and feel the static. I touched my computer just now while plugging in something and got a pretty decent shock. I was worried it would mess up my pc. My boyfriend has jokingly told me to ground myself before touching him, but now it's becoming completely serious. I don't know how to fix this.

Back in early 2019 I drunkenly watched the first two seasons of that and (also drunkenly) wrote a cringey rant on it here (without even addressing the main stuff IIRC). Anyway, drunk or not, that show sucks for multiple reasons.I watched the first episode of big mouth's new season and I feel like going back to smoking. Another episode of Tachycardia be damned. I think I'd welcome it at this point.
I agree with the second part.Dune is massively over-rated and the new movie will be trash.
I’ve done this before while thawing racers and ball pythons. It’s never fun wasting feeders, much less ones that aren’t your typical rat, mouse or chick. If it hasn’t been out for too long you can probably get them to try to eat it.I'm doing better but last week I wasted a giant dead rabbit because I got it out to defrost for the burmese python and then forgot about it.
I threw it in the backyard so at least wild animals can eat it. I didnt want to just throw it away.I’ve done this before while thawing racers and ball pythons. I’ve been doing better myself, I discovered how much I enjoy keeping isopods as pets, so I’ve been trying my hand at breeding them and I plan on releasing some of them into my reptile enclosures.
. . . roach tanks?I threw it in the backyard so at least wild animals can eat it. I didnt want to just throw it away.
Isopods are cute, I have some for cleanup crew in my roach tanks.
What do you keep that eats snakes btw? Because my first thought was hots (namely cobras).
I keep exotic roach species, like hissers, giant cave roaches, horseshoe crab roaches, and rhino roaches (the species I've had the most trouble with, which sucks because they cost a small fortune). I just think they're neat.. . . roach tanks?![]()
I have a couple of corals and a cobra. They’re pretty interesting, but unfortunately hots tend to demand more feedings than other snakes. I’ve been enjoying the isopod raising save for the odd dwarf whites showing up in my vulgare tub every so often. Those guys seem to be able to teleport.I threw it in the backyard so at least wild animals can eat it. I didnt want to just throw it away.

Oh that's cool, in my state it's basically impossible to own non-native venomous legally. I've heard corals can be difficult to keep alive in captivity, how do you manage?I have a couple of corals and a cobra. Thank you, corals are mainly snake eaters but can eat lizards as well. A lot of snakes like that don’t do so well on rodents. I try to think about and regard them more through the eyes of a snake or lizard breeder to get past that stigma about cannibalism or straying from the standard food items. I find that even my colubrids tend to like the occasional lizard, chick or smaller snake, like my gopher snakes.Oh that's cool, in my state it's basically impossible to own non-native venomous legally. The only hot snake I really want is a copperhead someday. I've had a few hot-ish inverts though (vietnamese centipedes, widow spiders, and old world tarantulas). I was actually just given a brown widow a few days ago, I'm pretty happy about that because I've been searching for another widow since my black widow died a few years back from old age.
One of my friends has a problem with teleporting dubia roaches. It's weird because dubias can't climb smooth surfaces like hissers can. At least dubias are pretty harmless and good feeders.
