How common is it to be medically incontinent?

I read somewhere a long time ago that piss fetishists sometimes condition themselves to become incontinent by just not even attempting to hold anything in until their pelvic floors are so weak they don't function properly anymore.

If they're dudes, they're probably lying. Unless they're post-op MtF; urine would be the least disturbing thing that could leak from a surgical crotch disaster.

Stress incontinence is common in women with age and history of childbirth, but that's a little bit of urine escaping when you're doing something like coughing or lifting boxes. It's not total bladder emptying.

You notice how recently all the main menstrual pad companies have branched out into small (relatively) incontinence pads? They realized that not-quite-grandma women were using the available pads for sub-Depends levels of urinary incontinence, and saw a niche to expand into.

Not to be outdone, Poise incontinence pads has been marketing an OTC pessary for stress incontinence. (Pessaries have been in use for thousands of years, but this one is FDA-approved to be sold OTC. It has a nonwoven fabric wrapper so it has to be thrown out periodically, unlike a prescription pessary or a set of Ben-Wa balls or Grandma's legendary potato.)

I guess I should also add that I lurk trans adult baby groups. And usually they lie but I wanted to give em the benefit of the doubt.
Yeah, if it's troons, they're lying. Awfully convenient to have a fetish for your completely legitimate medical condition.

It's the same way they like to claim to be intersex, when that can help them win sympathy or an argument.

I've thought it would be amusing if someone upbraided the adult babies for their severely environmentally-unfriendly ways; you're an adult at least some of the time, so man/woman-up and get cloth diapers and a bucket.
