Not to be outdone, Poise incontinence pads has been marketing an OTC pessary for stress incontinence. (Pessaries have been in use for thousands of years, but this one is FDA-approved to be sold OTC. It has a nonwoven fabric wrapper so it has to be thrown out periodically, unlike a prescription pessary or a set of Ben-Wa balls or Grandma's legendary potato.)

I'm in this business, in a way (don't want to PL).
A lot of people age 80+ have some incontinence, sometimes it's the result of a cancer, or a colon issue, or paralysis/spine problems and sometimes the person has a dementia. But it is by no means the majority even of very elderly people.
