If you do need to maintain a web presence for your new job keep it formal, and most important of all; avoid telling people you're a schizo. Any sympathy you gain would be offset by the amount of ostracizing you will get. That last one is a good rule of thumb for life in general and works regardless of whether you're actually crazy or just pretending.
