Be willing to admit to personal fault. People are wierd and sometimes behave in goofy stupid ways. Can't help it. It happens. Best to just acknowledge it happened, resolve yourself to be better next time and move on. Find an inward ‘happy place’ to retreat to when people get you down or situations frustrate you rather than lashing out on a public forum. Just think happy thoughts, press-ups, worry beads, rosaries, times tables, prayer or going for a jog round the block can work (and there won't be a public record of your activity for everyone to laugh at at the end of it).

Also acknowledging people who disagree with you as being wrong rather than downright evil is a good starting point.

6. Don`t block people who aren`t spamming dumb shit. Never a good look.
