How do I talk to a woman I admire - Tips on socializing with m'lady please

It's according to how you admire her, but be casual in any case. If you are here asking this question there is a 99% chance that you will come off as a creep anyways so you should probably give up before you start anyways.

Your first challenge is to learn about her as a person before learning about her as a woman. Contact her on that Facebook chat and ask about what she does for fun (hobbies, interests). Relay similar hobbies of your own and share stories of interesting experiences they have given you as a result. Ask if she also has had similar experiences. This would break the ice and ingratiate you as one interested in her.

Find some way to break the ice, act causal and get to know her and if you two really are compatible, if so ask her out on dates to places like coffee shops and social places. Then make it official

The only correct answer. In addition, get a haircut & take bath before approaching her. Dress crisp as a habit. Don't crack weird jokes from the day 1 and don't fucking stammer & keep the eye contact.
She might already be in a relationship or something so don't start crying on hearing that
