How fucked am I if I go like 50 hours without sleeping?

I've had to do this semi-regularly for work and after a while you get used to it, as in the visual effects and unpleasant physical things go away. You do slow down a bit and lose short-term memory but you learn to plan tasks out around that. Shorter periods I don't even blink at; being up for 24 hours feels like completely normal functioning.
The worst part of longer stretches is probably actually trying to come down offa all the caffeine and actually get to sleep afterwards.
