I'm starting to thing Becky is a narcissist as well as her family and Amber. The worst thing you can do to a narcissist is voluntarily step out of their life. Going no contact is even more salt on the wound.

The problem is, the GFM is in a grey area because they didn't specify that the money was going to be used for medical funds. They made reference to the inconveniences of it (and you can infer that there are expenses related to things like driving), but basically, this is an "I have cancer, I'm entitled to some crowd sourced money to make me happy (and probably use it to buy some tackyass knock-off purses). There is only manipulation, not frauding.

I'm just here to point and laugh, not to get involved. Besides, if people want to make themselves feel important by throwing their money down a stinking shithole, why stop them? The people who donate get to feel holier than thou, the Necky clan further tarnishes its reputation for a few lousy dollars, and all us Kiwis get a hearty laugh. It's a win-win-win as far as I'm concerned.

This actually frames Al in a sad way. Becky was trying to hit up her step-sister at the very beginning of their relationship and now there's good reason to believe she's just a gold digger.
