Because they can have multiple wives, muslim incels are quite common historically, so you still fit in.

Literally all you need to deal with Muslims is something resembling a backbone:
1. Don't let your country's birthrates fall below replacement levels
2. Don't import foreign laborers
3. Don't let any migrants in
4. Be, to an extent, chauvinist as a nation. Don't let anyone tell you that your way of life is wrong and insist that any immigrants assimilate into your culture. Do not allow ethnic enclaves to form and make learning of your language number 1 priority for all immigrants.
5. Be as restrictive as possible and deport anyone who steps out of line.
6. Either stop interfering in middle eastern affairs or actively try to promote stability in the middle east by non-violently supporting existing governments and institutions, regardless of whether they are western or Islamic in nature.

Islam needs to modernize, in context with the Western world. As of now, extremism and radicals have taken over several Middle Eastern countries. It's downright barbarian if you think about it.

Cringe and ethno-centric. At the end of the day 'extremism' is just a matter of perspective. America is an extremist by the standards of Europeans, but that doesn't mean it should change. As long as these people don't bother us I don't see why we should bother them.
