1. Intermittent fasting: to make it as simple as possible, I recommend:
(i) doing all your eating for the day in a short, i.e. four or six hour, window;
(ii) ideally eating nothing at all every third day; and
(iii) eating well and low carb when you do eat.
(iv) take a good multivitamin, probably extra Vitamin C and D, and anything else required after getting your blood work.
2. Aim for a low BMI. 22 or so at most.
3. Exercise (weights, running) for up to an hour every second day.
4. Don't smoke or drink.
5. Wear a good sunscreen, whenever you go in the sun, which you should minimize. When you do, wear a hat.
6. Moisturize daily.
7. Start tretinoin and botox by late twenties. Chemical peels (see later) work a lot better if you've had botox, plus botox prevents wrinkles from forming.
8. Resveratrol is cheap enough to take just in case it works. Take it only on the days you don't exercise.
9. Chemical peel every few months after, say, early twenties.
10. Start taking metformin.
11. Choline and piracetam together are pretty remarkable for their cognitive effects. Keep it to a couple days a week so you don't lose all benefits to tolerance.
11. If you're male and above say, thirty five, start taking small doses of HGH. Don't take T, it's probably why eunuchs live so long.
12. Fish oil, daily.
13. Avoid mental stress. Take up a new mentally challenging project every couple years!
14. Keep an eye on your risk factors for disease (e.g. blood pressure, cholesterol etc).
15. Please don't have children in your middle age.
