The trick to doing this is to pull out a healthy tooth first, the pain from that will distract you so much you'll be able to pull out the broken one without even thinking about it. Then just put the healthy one back in when you're done.

You don't. You go to the dentist pay them to do it. Extractions aren't expensive.

You could try that thing where you tie a string around the busted tooth, tie said string to a door knob and then slam the door with all the force you can muster.

My dad claimed his shithead of a father used this method to successfully extract my aunt's tooth once. Its white trash approved!
 
Go to a fucking dentist, retard. If you can't afford it, have a family member or friend loan you money and pay them back later.
 
In terms of money how much do you need? I know what is like to have to go to the dentist but don't have enough cash.
