Not gonna be furious but still I'm gonna laugh at this attempt in trying to lose weight.

Giving up the ideas which can help you lose weight for the excuse of "causing you to binge" (I hope I didn't hear this wrong) is absurd.
 
You don't deserve contructive critism (which you don't even like anyway) You are vile, Amber.

She's a narcissist, she'll never be done with reading comments and coming to this website to see what we're saying.

As far as being done, basically, with losing weight, when was she ever not done with it? She tries for only a couple of days before she's done anyway. Only difference now is that she's actually admiting that she's done with it.

So by counting calories it causes her to binge at night. Now she's just going to binge through out the whole day with no guilt.

The fact that her motivation disappears in the morning is not due to her being overwhelmed like she's claiming. It's because she has zero willpower and determination to keep going. Why she doesn't view this as another reason to see a therapist, I don't know.

Fantastic Amber, blame everything but yourself what fascinates me about her is she acts like she hasn't done exactly this before lol

She has no shame. How many times has she had these epiphany moments, says she's going to change everything and the next day it's back to normal.
