Here's some constructive criticism: Put down the fork, honey.


Should she low carb? Should she count calories? Should she do weight watchers? Keto? Should she just put the fork down and fucking stop eating so much? Should she stop eating out 5 times a day? I guess none of it works.

Amber's reasoning is so flawed that I can't even wrap my mind around how she managed to read any of her comments over the past few years and still miss the point of it all or really trust that her audience will believe her bullshit for hundredth time. Yeah, there's some pretty venomous comments coming her way, but even the positive or neutral comments express the same consensus.
  1. Seek mental help.
  2. Learn how to cope with emotions properly.
  3. Learn how to treat people like people.
  4. Change eating habits gradually with the help of a dietitian and lose weight.
I think going through this isn't easy for anyone, but she's basically just established what's been commonly assumed for a while now; "I do not care about what you say and I do not want to change."

This basically just says to me "I want to stop walking, die young, and willingly do nothing about it."
5. Learn how to pronounce basic English words correctly (the way she says Reese's like Re-see's makes me cringe)

In her defense, no one has ever lost weight in recorded history. Only AL, who's lost 1000 lbs on top of the famous 89 elbees
 
lol when you're fat, you lose weight so much faster. it really isn't that hard to get off your ass and go for a walk
(not to the nearest mcdonald's).

The insect was a Forficula auricularia, commonly known as an earwig. They enjoy moisture and dark, damp crevices. Make of that what you will.

Twice now that bugs have fallen out of her hair, on camera anyhow. Twice now that she's flicked them away like she's done it many times before. The bitch has bugs living on/in her and she doesn't care.

Didn't think she could horrify me anymore than she already does, but here we are.

Because then she cannot play the victim and claim that nothing helps with weight loss.
 
The roach/earwig/pincher bug reminded me of a guy named Dan Bell and his videos (he has a skin-crawlingly great series on disgustingly dirty Motel rooms, but also interesting content relating to abandoned buildings, towns, malls and hotel resorts...) - they're often filled with bugs, lurid stains of various origins and the remnants of 'drug attics'...

Interestingly, AL initially expressed a huge interest in the Poconos and declared it her ideal exotic location, later changing it to Bora Bora after some...ahem, constructive criticism from the comments section of her videos, YouNow, lolcow and of course, the farms (none of which she reads, honest!).

Curiously, Dan Bell also did a series of videos based on rundown Poconos love-bird hotels that were popular in the 70's and 80's...

Bet her 'drug attic' parents went to a cheap swingers/lovers hotel there and that's where she got the idea that it was some kind of paradise.

Constructive criticism: At your size and with your habits, weight loss IS going to be overwhelming, that's why many fail, that's why many give up, staying strong is hard, but you really shouldn't just eat whatever you want at whatever portion size you want.
I'd suggest a dietician making a diet for you to follow, they'll probably give you a guide of portion sizes and give you enough info that all you'll have to do is cook your food and weigh it on a scale.
