I hate my life and everyone in it. What do?

Strawberry is nice cause it's easy and cheap. Do you also make pies?
I like doing some casual baking and have been recently stopping by a local farmer's market for fresh ingredients for other sorts of ingredients. It had been years since I had a fresh tomato. Strawberry pie sounds good I just don't think I've ever had it.

Watch out, cause some places buy their stuff from grocery stores and resell them for 2x the price. Strawberry pie is good and if you make it I recommend storing the strawberries in a mason jar for a while to make them ferment. It makes it taste way better.

You can change your life, slowly. Cut out useless and manipulative people. Stop saying "Yes" to every favor. Do something for yourself once a day, even if it's only for five minutes. Pick up an old beloved hobby that you lost time for. Go outside and sit under a tree with a good book. Take a walk around the block. (Exercise really does help.) If all else fails, start a gratitude list. Right now, what are three things that you are grateful for? For example: I woke up in a bed in a safe place. I have a dog who loves me and I love her. I have an air conditioning unit. Tomorrow, I'll add three more things to the list. Having a positive outlook can be difficult. It takes hard work, internally and externally. But giving up is never the answer. If you ever want to vent, I promise to just listen, and not offer solutions. Above all else, cut yourself some slack. Thank you for reading my useless and long winded post.

Sorry to double dip, but on further reflection, this helped me a lot: Every day, I do something helpful for someone else. Doing charity work gets me out of myself for a bit, and the other helpers I meet while doing it are generally uplifting and giving people. It's probably why I'm so invested in so many local things, because the food bank needs people to lift and organize, the local trail group needs brush cleared on a weekend, there's a trash collection along the State highway, a town a few hours away needs potable water after yet another natural or industrial disaster. Sometimes the Lions Club just needs someone to cook french fries for a town event. Becoming invested in the people around me made me like them better. But it could be as simple as putting someone's cart away at the grocery store, or holding open a door in the rain. I wish you all the luck in finding a happier situation.
Pretty thoughtful stuff from someone with a pink dorito, and on the spam board, no less.
Stuff like this is why i love this site

Have a baby
I wish this was good advice. I had postpartum psychosis with my planned, anticipated baby, and I was half-an-inch away from dying from it.

As for OP, look into attending a church. On the revolting and scientific side of things, look into FMT. If you have money to blow, buy capsules from a donor in the Netherlands and give it a shot. People swore it corrected their mood disorders. I wanna try it myself, but ehhhh…

Become the baby, look at Puppychan and Pamperchu for advice.

This tbh. They're pretty content usually to chill and cuddle all day. Pits sometimes have a bit more energy though and like their exercise. A bully is happy to chill and just hang out all day. Also, as a bonus, it'll hate all the same people you hate and probably scare them away.
Don't bullies have breathing problems because of their smashed-in faces unfortunately?

They can but not as bad as pugs & frenchies.
