Assuming you aren't getting a timeout, but a quickly resolving "cannot connect" error on TOR, just keep hitting the new circuit button until it loads. I think we're seeing similar behavior and that's been the way to work around it that seems to be consistent.

Any way to do this on mobile? I haven't found it yet. I just close out tor and reopen.
