I hate the Internet and the people who own it

  • Happy Easter!
Anyone who has had dealings with the major backbone providers could tell you this is very unusual behavior from Hurricane Electric in particular. Maybe I'm being overly optimistic, but I would not expect this block to last very long.

My bet would be someone without testicles, either literally or figuratively, or both. My side bet would be he possesses "coding socks."
All those tech companies are infested with troons. Those insane eunuchs crave affirmation and obedience more than anything, while lacking basic social skills. They can't make people do what they want but they know the commands to make computer do their bidding so they are really good at it.

Troons DDOSing right now:

.pl was down for me, but works now.
Yeah its working for me too but its Janke.
HE aren't the only backbone so I'm guessing its routeing around when it works but they are one of the biggest so its causing a lot of errors.
The upside to this is that there is now documented evidence of a Tier 1 interfering with traffic to censor the Internet, and in a State that actually has laws against this shit.
And yeah Washingtons AG is a pozzed faggot, but he can't ignore the law, if Null was waiting for evidence for a cause of action this could be it.
The precedent this sets is horrible and will raise eyebrows, the trannies and their 'Ditch slurpers are overstepping, this is the sort of shit that makes it viable to argue for common carrier regulation to get these fucking cuck companies brought to heel, such as the telephone companies experienced when the telephone became an essential part of modern infrastructure.
The Internet is an essential piece of the infrastructure of the modern world, it cannot be allowed for insane woke fanatics to censor and control the free flow of information that the whole of Mankind relies on, based on ideological grounds.
I think we needed evidence to prove to the naysayers that Tier 1 backbones were overstepping their bounds and damaging the Internet.
Now we have it.

I specifically quit the industry I was working in to get away from the effects of fucking hurricanes (hence my terminal all-hours shitposting lately) and now THIS shit?

God. Fucking. Damnit. Troons and hurricanes: can't live with em, can't get away from 'em.🤦‍♂️

Well, he physically can, but it's very legally problematic.

I once was involved with a small business that annoyed a lot of people including the sovcit types who Karen out at the drop of a hat (this is much more mundane than it sounds). Among filing bogus liens and other bullshit, one of their go-to tactics was filing complaints with the Attorney General of the state.

No matter how ridiculous these were, we always got a letter about it and would have to respond.

Not sure if Washington does this, but my guess is even if nothing else happens, they are at least getting a "what the fuck" letter from the Washington AG requiring a response.

It's hard to imagine a more clear violation of the explicit language of a statute than what HE just did.

Who has this much influence where they can just walk up to the largest Internet service provider and say "hey ban these evil nahtzee chud transphobe sneeder bigots" and they just go "ok"? This is what needs to be investigated. There is no way it's Dong Long Gone because this is magnitudes of order higher than something like the decision for CloudFlare to delist the site or a colocation provider dropping service. This is a literal blacklist from the physical backbone that makes up the Internet

I don't think that plan regarding Washington State has legs.
The entire "internet censorship machine" was a product of David Brock and the democrat party. (see the attached memo he had distributed after Trump's 2016 win in all it's Orwellian glory)
The entire national democrat machine has aligned behind this, from the state and local government levels to the federal court system.

Currently, there are dozens of red states litigating this through Missouri's Attorney General.

They had the bad luck to draw a 2/3 democrat panel out of the 5th circuit on appeal, and now the court order enforcing clear supreme court precedent regarding governments censoring via private entities has been "stayed", and they will drag their feet as long as possible like the 9th does with 2nd amendment cases.

TL;DR: the entire national democrat party in the USA is explicitly responsible for the censorship machine being turned upon this site (and many others). They have activated the entire apparatus, which now includes circuit level judges defying generations of Supreme Court precedent to keep the censorship going.
FYI, this is internationally coordinated. I can guarantee Hurricane Electric is taking orders from the UK government under the table on this. (This full-stack attack vector was piloted when 8ch refused to censor the NZ mosque shooter's manifesto - as part of that bitmitigate had ALL its hosting severed, which they in a release claimed interrupted webhosting for over 200,000 websites)

Washington State is a commie shithole on a level that even California cannot match.
For reference, Harmeet Dhillon, a senior Ca GOP attorney, had to litigate for 3 YEARS to get the 9th circuit to finally rule that standing down police and allowing antifa to attack people leaving a Trump Rally in San Jose was a violation of their rights.
I would fully expect the same level of effort or more to get the AG of Washington to lift a finger, and even then they're likely to deliberately throw the case if compelled to litigate it.
Washington's AG's are the tip of the spear of "critical social justice in law". They, as a matter of general operation, NEVER charge antifa, nor any criminal no matter how violent if they happen to be black.

I saw mention of Texas in a previous post. You will likely get a LOT more traction there, especially once Ken Paxton's "impeachment" circus fails to oust him.

Assume for the sake of argument that the Washington AG responds with "Hm, yeah, the law says we have to protect you but I'm just, like, UGH, not GOING to, okay?"

Does Jersh have any way to appeal?

14th amendment and civil rights litigation.
When San Jose's democrat machine denied police protection to people who attended a Trump Rally there, the litigation dragged on for 3 years.
If you're going to sue the Democrat Machine, I do recommend reaching out to someone like Harmeet Dhillon who has experience litigating it.
