I see your point, but that begs the question: who is “us”? I’ve always viewed the Farms as highly individualistic, contrary to the organized unit that the media likes to portray it as. It’s a website comprised of many, vastly different individual users. If Cogent/HE/Cloudflare are at all consistent in enforcing their policies, then they should have no issue with an individual making a complaint about a violation of their TOS.

Can I use this to have junk email spammers IP banned? I’m pretty sure they run their own email servers with how fast they spin up new emails for me to block.

The time has come, gentlemen.

For months, we have endured attacks never before seen on the internet. Intermittent downtimes where we can’t read about retards while doing a poo, content forever lost to server resets and accounts lost due to very super gay email servers going up and down. While our enemy eats away at us, we have sat idle. Idle, under the principle that we should never intervene, never get involved.

Look at what this has cost us. A projection of weakness. We will be idle no more, negrocattle.

Never again.

There's no way this practice isn't illegal.
I would certainly contribute heavily to a lawsuit crowd-fund if an attorney found a cause for action.

Possibilities include Tortious interference and Defamation (yes, even with the poisoned well of the news reports on KF, they are NOT accusing you that, but of a specific illegal action which threatens the existence of your business)

Third party possibilities include your upstreams filing suit for possible breach of contract due to lack of due diligence before threatening service on grounds of AUP violations.

While true, I know I wouldn't hang my hat on any of those claims. Defamation is notoriously hard to nail people for, and the tortoise of interference is a fickle beast.
It's one of those "Technically illegal, but not illegal enough for most places to care" illegal.

Still, It'd be nice to nail one of these faggots to the wall one day.
