It really depends on what sort of job you’re searching for and what’s in your thread.

You could be a harmless autist or you could be a pedophile, who knows since no details have been offered.

It’s hard to give advice when I don’t know how horrifying your thread is and why you had a thread in the first place.

Basic SEO optimisation strategies:
Donate money to charities (large amounts may get you thanked or acknowledged in the charity's publications or brochures, but small amounts are sometimes also publicly acknowledged - try to find charities with lists of donors.) Sign petitions for innocuous things and make sure your name is recorded, or start petitions for some innocuous thing like improvements in your local water supply or infrastructure. Write an innocuous Letter to the Editor of your local newspaper - these are sometimes published online as well with your name on them. Become a volunteer with an organisation - often they list volunteers in their official publications or website. Make sure you have a public LinkedIn that Google picks up.
