I know 386 Pokémon and cannot forget them no matter how hard I try.

Life is full of important things, and Pokémon is not one of them.

Til this day as an adult I would see a Pokémon and my head will be like: Milktank, Swallot, Gligar. Like how the fuck do I know all these names. I would scan through the list of Pokémon from the first 3 games and know ALL of them, all 386 of them.

I don't know how I feel having all this useless information in my head when it could be filled with useful stuff like quantum physics.

How can I replace this useless info with important stuff?

Do you know so much that you reach a point that you can write down the 386 Pokemon correctly (or at least mostly correct) on a piece of paper in order according to the National Pokedex without looking, or just when you look at any Pokemon you can recognise it along with its name?
I can write down all their names.

Remember that the brain is not like a HDD or SSD, you can't "fill" it up to capacity.

Now, if you still want to forget this information, I can suggest something, but you can't just substitute in new information, and I can't guarantee whatever else you won't forget in the process. It will probably work, and most likely won't cause any permanent neurophysiological damage. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with a personal or family history of pronounced mental illness, same with renal issues.
