I wonder if his fans understand this is all conjecture and none of this is backed by actual facts. Like how Zoe Quinn docterd her hate messages or how she took money for a video game and never released it. Oh well, normies be normies.

The video is quite interesting for two reasons, firstly he's a full blown conspiracy theorist at several stages second you can hear in his pitch and attitude he still fucking hates Gamergate. Like in a hot seething still angry way, I can barely fathom how fucked in the head you'd have to be to still be brooding on this subject, when push comes to shove a quick scan of a local paper will show something worse than happened to anita or Zoe daily yet I doubt Ians going to spends 8 year seething on some granny getting mugged while producing video essays on it.

I find it hard to get that mad about people who personally wrong me irl recently if it's over a year how the fuck do you keep the engine running this long?

The premise of this video is complete gibberish. The people who treated Trump like a big joke weren't the alt-right. They were either liberals (there's a clip of John Oliver begging Trump to run for the presidency), or mainstream Republicans who reluctantly voted for him solely because he wasn't Hillary. The people who earnestly supported Trump during the election, the Pepe and Q crowd, are the same people who support him now.

That's the fundamental problem with all these videos. Despite it being called "the alt-right playbook" he very rarely talks about the alt-right directly. Instead he mashes everyone he doesn't like into a homogeneous glob and then claims to know how they all think. This then leads to him repeatedly going "Look at how these people simultaneously hold contradictory viewpoints? See! This proves they're all disingenuous and there's no point arguing with them!", losing sight of the fact he's talking about different people who are saying different things. As disappointing as it might seem, your political opponents are not, in fact, the fucking Borg.

He made not only one but two of them within like a day.
I haven't heard anyone even use the word "alt-right" in so long, the fact that he's still putting these out is kind of baffling.

Somehow with each new video his arguments get worse. This time he says that the right relies on repeating simplistic slogans, because pointing out that reality is more complex and nuanced than whatever the simplistic slogan says will prove them wrong. He then makes a comparison between a fallacious argument for creationism with the conventional knowledge that there are only two biological sexes in humans to try and create a mental equivalence between the two to his audience.

He is correct to say that "there are two biological sexes in humans" is an oversimplification. For example, people with Klinefelter syndrome have two X chromosomes but have male genitalia. But the word "syndrome" is key here: These are genetic aberrations, a deviation from a norm. It would be like claiming that "puberty is a natural and expected part of human development" is nothing more than a simplistic political slogan because of the existence of disorders like Kallmann syndrome. And in any case, the vast majority of trans-identified individuals don't have these disorders to begin with, so bringing them up at all is irrelevant.

Using the existence of rare exceptions to a general truism to try and prove that said general truism is false is inane pedantry at best and a bad faith obfuscation tactic at worst. But then the existence of this whole video series is an act of arguing in bad faith, so would that really be anything new here?

Seriously, the left's main tool of rhetoric is this repetition of short, snappy phrases. "Safe and effective." The left can, in fact, meme; their memes are just memes in the original sense, that is, ideas that propagate through a population.

Does this mean that he is under the impression that every single Gamergater, be it a big shot like Ethan Ralph or small fry like someone who once tweeted or posted on /v/ in support, is the same imaginary person, or one of a group of such, or something else?

What I'm getting at is whether this guy holds that supporters of Gamergate did not exist (which is downright delusional)? If this is the case, who is he fighting?

(The Mega.nz link in the OP is giving me problems. Also, after watching his pæan to Phil Fish I'm not overly keen on consuming more of this social parasite's "content")
