Yeah he is most certainly a danger to others. The reddit has also taken note of that video many comments claimed to have reported him to the police or crime stoppers. For once I wont dog on reddit he's clearly worth reporting but the police are well aware of Ian as well as his land lord because of the police coming multiple times. I'm not sure how much the government is going to actually punish Ian. Only time will tell

that is good, he needs eyes on him. i noticed that he had a picture of a window in his room, and the highway just outside of it, and was able to pinpoint his exact location, but im no glass tapper...but at the same time, if this idiot truly did decide to go down, guns blazing, i think its good that others know whats up. i think this is the 1st time ive ever thought someone was an actual danger before. very chilling stuff!!

I like that! I just think aside from being into computers and being mentally ill he has little if anything in common with Terry. He's more in line with someone like Cyraxx an angry mentally ill freak screaming into a webcam all hours of the day after completely alienating his entire family.

Because he talks about it a lot, and I think he means something more by "holding up a frame" to people that it initially appears. I think its like you expect someone to be a loser and you get loser results.

I have some inkling but cannot say for certain it lines up with what Ian thinks in his head. He uses the term "drop the frame" as well I believe he is using the term as drop the viewpoint or frame of view you hold, most likely because of his previous actions that Ian believes are fully justified if you "drop the frame"
e.g if you dropped your frame that I'm a bad/dangerous guy you'd realize I'm nice good and decent.
