Joke edit of the minute they were found, but it’s the only vid I have (if anyone’s got a better one, share it) Here’s some context:

Ice and Sam snuck into a big Fortnite Llama during vidcon without anyone’s knowledge.
Someone obviously alerted security, which prompted the arrest for trespassing.

That texas thing triggers me. Of all the thing. he should have had booze sitting there waiting for DAYS. This isnt a bloke trying to set up a backyard pissup. This is a guy with a lot of disposable income, all of which he can charge to Ice who can tax deduct it, fucking around.

I’m rating this autistic, but not exactly in a negative way. I mean this in a way that either the police force is autistic for trying to pin some dude with “stealing” an event, which is literally a figure of speech; Or if Ice Poseidon is autistic enough to believe that WE would believe those were the charges pressed against him, and the truth is much more boring and mundane. Like trespassing.

if you try and sneak into a movie its the same deal. ice knew he was banned from the event, its why they tried to sneak in. whether they've got the paperwork in place to file trespass charges on these two is anybodys guess. but he said he knew he was banned. imo maybe the cops feel like the theft charge is the easier charge to prove. who knows.

lol so how does me posting information make the post autistic? I dont really care but not sure I understand

Anyway I guess the police didnt even want to give charges but vidcon was so set on them getting charges that way they had to stay away, so sounds like cops gave them some BS charge that would never hold up in court compared to trespassing. Cause yea never in USA history have I heard of a charge from "stealing an event"

right so that would be trespassing. not stealing/theft. its not like someone snuck into the movie theater and stole candy and the projector

it may be the price of admission they're being accussed of stealing. even though i'm fairly certain they weren't refunded the cost of their badges when they were originally banned from vidcon/the convention center.. but i didn't watch the entire stream, so i'm not 100% on that.

edit: vidcon vod. escorted out around 20:00.

But the thing is they didnt even make it into the event. They were stopped in a back room a mile away from the event lol. So I could understand if they actually made it in but they didnt. Hence why not even a trespassing charge

it will 1000% get dropped tho cause even in 2 months vidcon wont give enough shit to send someone to their court to keep charges up

Being his account is suspended and a lot of fans were bored they somehow found out that all of ices artists pictures were ALL traced from google pictures. Pretty hilarious when look at them being he was paid for all of them. For some reason the reddit isnt letting me copy them

They got charged with petty theft and a ticket for trespassing. The petty theft charge is for 'theft of services' basically not paying to get in so the value of the theft will be whatever the price of admission is. Ice seems to think it wont stand up in court because he didn't get inside the 'main event' but i'm not sure it matters because even if you go along with him he still had intent.

Not surprising. He's been accused of sexual harassment in the past; Laci Green even did a video about it. And there is a screenshot on ED from 2011, allegedly chatting up a 14 13y/o girl on Facebook.

It took me a while to remember who he was when I first saw him in some screencaps in this thread. Then someone mentioned Sam Pepper and I remembered that he's some attention whore douchebag.
