John Norman, Francis Sheldon, Roy Ames, and their whole network of pedophiles and serial killers (Dean Corll, John Wayne Gacy, the Oakland County Child Killer) would have had a horrorcow megathread.
Given that Roy Ames filed a bunch of frivolous lawsuits trying to get all FOIA documents related to him taken down, he’d probably be the 1970s version of Russel Greer.

We'd certainly hear about shit about the Manson Family, the People's Temple, the Nation of Islam and any of those splinter groups, Weather Underground would certainly be on the farms radar. Finally I believe we'd have an international thread on Rashnesh given his cult was getting really huge in the 70s and his famous feud with Ghandi's wife

Well hard to say. Just public personalities can be named now. I would assume we would have threads on lunatics writing to local papers. Francis E. Dec would have probably been the biggest cow that is not straight up celebrity.
