I was genuinely addicted to comics at one point and it's hard to select one ability. I guess flight? Invulnerability?

Some interesting powers I've thought were notable:

Chronal Abeyance - ability to manipulate time and whether you adhere to it, slowing or speeding up others.

Explosive Matter Hopping - teleportation with explosive energy release where distance determines output at location left.

Mindstretch - this ability was an analogy of Mr Fantastics rubberman powers in a dark direction. Randal Dowling was a genius scientist that convinced his friends and lover to join him on a space trip unlike any before, and in doing so ended up transforming his team like the Fantastic Four. However, instead of shapeshifting and putty-like durability, Randal gained the ability to make you... him. He supplants minds and takes over. Anyone that's been in his vicinity could be an extension of him and never know.
