Personally I'd implement Sharia moderation.
* All girls, anime or not, trans or not, would be obligated to wear the niqab(looking at you, chris-chan, put it on).
* Any rule-breaking would be interpreted as a crime against Allah(SWT) and the sinner would have to dox themselves as atonement or be permabanned.
* An alternative punishment could be penal labor were the guilty lets the farms run btc miners in the sinner's browser.
* We'd also have a court arranging marriages between users; elders would be deciding upon what would serve and enhance the purity of our faithful commune.
* We could recieve funding from the Muslim Brotherhood and send Saudi hackers after Ralph.
