If you were President: A thread - If you were President of specifically the USA, what would be your polices and why?

Restore normal relations with all nations we are trying to regime change, sanction, and proxy war against coupled with withdrawal all military bases from Europe , Africa, and the Middle East, and audit the Pentagon and CIA to successful conclusion. No more permanent alliances with anyone outside of the Western Hemisphere especially Israel and Saudi Arabia. This would be followed by defense cuts of about 30-50% situation depending since it would no longer be needed to maintain the bloated and corrupt empire. The state needs only be powerful enough to counter-balance anyone else who tries to dominate the world like American Boomers once did. The world is better off with many divergent orders than a single one whose inevitable decline entraps everyone all at once.

This massive amount of money could then be reinvested in infrastructure, supporting fusion power research, NASA, and paying down the deficit.

In order to prevent the return of the missionary mentality at home and abroad, there will be a litmus test for government employees screening out those who believe their religion or worldview should be exported abroad or that the practical cost/benefit analysis of policy should be instead based on their absolutist creeds. This will keep fundies, carelords, neolibs, and neocons out of office. Separation of Church and State will be expanded to Separation of Culture War and state, sabotaging pea brained zoomers from becoming the next Boomers.

Then before leaving office at the end of a single term comes the fun bit for all parties: A total ban on news organizations forming alliances with political parties as well as a ban on gerrymandering and the introduction of ranked choice voting, which would gravely weaken the existing two party system.
 
New constitution. Highly controversial, yes. Necessary, also yes. Would entail some new basic provisions such as Native autonomous regions as parts of the constituent states, limiting legal discrimination for everything but faggots and trannies, English as official language. That leads into...
1) Unicameral state legislatures, a la Nebraska. What's even the point of having state-level bicameralism?
2) Counties no longer have autonomy. Autonomy is delegated to states and to states only; counties are given too much leeway for what's essentially a glorified municipality. Native regions have autonomy when it comes to indigenous rights, but otherwise same shit.
3) Direct presidential elections. Two rounds, no more "winner takes all".
4) Non-partisan SCOTUS. Nine judges elected by a Supreme Judicial Council that consists of experienced law professors.
5) Legal effects of court decisions altered: Each of the states must repeal any law deemed unconstitutional by either the SCOTUS or one of the circuit courts within a 90 day deadline, otherwise the Federal Congress can call a repeal session which must repeal or alter any law in accordance to the Constitution. This is the only way the Federation interferes in state affairs, otherwise the system functions as-is.
6) No faggot marriages or trooning out except for purposes of correcting birth sex defects. Full Putin on this one. Also federal law that restricts buying of material depicting non-traditional "families" (quotes intentional) to 18 and aboves.
7) Federal Congress redefined: Senate is renamed "House of States"; it's term is 4 years, all 100 senators are elected at once (no more rotations), no more filibuster (51 votes to initiate closure), also it's role of approving international treaties goes to the House of Representatives. The role of trying the President for impeachment goes to the SCOTUS. House of Reps has it's term extended to 4 years but is more or less unaltered except for gaining the role of approving international treaties the House of States loses. Both houses have equal pay grades.
8) Federal I&R system: Signatures in 2/3rds of all states to initiate voter initiated constitutional amendments and statutes. Congress may initiate a veto referendum or a legislative referred constitutional amendment/statute; old system is also an option but the threshold is lowered to 2/3rds of all legislatures. Voters can also initiate the impeachment of the President, in which case a successful referendum initializes trial at the SCOTUS without going through Congress.
Foreign Policy: Ending unincorporated territories. Northern Marianas and Guam independence, American Samoa goes back to Samoa, Virgin Islands made a condominium with the UK part. Puerto Rico statehood. NATO disbandment. Military neutrality, nationalization of arms production.
Internal Policy: Nationalization of power and water utilities, road and railroad infrastructure, the banks. Progressive taxation of the ultra-rich. Ending degenerate industries such as the "entertainment" and porn industries, with both being under heavy scrutiny and later being nationalized. Polyginy legal and non-annulable for Christians. Abortion legal for niggers, limited to medical situations only for whites under a 50 year moratorium. Miscegenation discouraged.


There, that would be one potential solution to more-or-less fix the problems in the US, as much as they're fixable.

If so, I would order a massive and public audit of every politician and news source, revealing how much they lied and what they have voted for and what the consiquences were, and would disband the republican and democratic party and establish ranked ballots.

In reality I'd be dead long before this.

Maybe I would use my power to disband the national government and have the states act as their own countries.

But to before making it a law that all members of congress and their immediate families had to post all Tax documentation on-line annually in order to be in office. That includes all foreign accounts and balances and list of depositors and list of receivers. There would be an entire audit firm with the sole task of auditing members of government. IUf their immediate family declined then they could not run for office. The wealth on both sides of the isle for "serving members" is ridiculously high and it's obvious they all take kickbacks.

I know the president cannot do all these things, and that's actually good. If a president had too much power, even if the first guy was the best person ever, the second someone with less ideal motivations got control of that power, things would be worse than they were before

1. get government out of the student loan business. The reason college tuition is so high is that unlike every other loan type ever, your ability to repay a federal student loan is not considered when giving said loans. colleges can jack up prices as high as they want and retards will go spend 6 figures on a gender studies degree, paid for by the taxpayer.

2. Outlaw income taxes, this would allow me to completely gut the IRS as people would no longer have to submit their taxes every year unless they own a business. There would still be consumption based taxes, such as a sales tax. That way you are only taxed based on what you use, not the arbitrary number you make and is full of loopholes allowing people to avoid the taxes all together. Doesn't matter how many high powered accountants and lawyers you have, if you go to the store and buy a tv, you pay your tax at check out, there's no room for games.

3. Adopt the principle of 'If you WON'T work, you WON'T eat. not don't or can't. This applies to able bodied people have no reason to not work. Being a nigress who popped out 6 kids with 5 baby daddies is not an excuse. If you have something mentally wrong with you to the point where you can't work you need an actual medical diagnosis. In such a case you must have someone designated as your 'minder' such as a parent who will take financial responsibility for you and collect said money for you. If you do not have a minder and you maintain that your mental problems prevent you from employment, you get to go to a group home in order to receive any assistance. If you do not wish to be in a group home, you are free to leave, but any benefits you collect will be shut off.

4. Bring back Insane Asylums in some manner. It is the internet age where it is much easier for there to be oversight than 70 years ago. Body cameras are used for police to great effect and could be used on asylum security staff as well to both protect themselves if they did nothing wrong and the patients. Put reward programs in place for people who bring forward staff misconduct to keep everyone honest.

5. Great changes to qualified immunity. While positions such as police officers are sometimes required to do things that would get someone else arrested, they need to be held accountable to laws. They should be protected from persecution when Tyquandrious decides to wave his gat around and gets shot in the back because he was running away while shooting over his shoulder. However when police step out of line, expecialy when it comes to something extremely basic such as constitutional amendments, police officers should face enhanced penalties when found guilty, in effect making them harder to convict, but punished more harshly when they are convicted. And any monetary payouts need to come from police pension funds. If the other police know someone is out of line, they will put a stop to him to protect their own retirement fund.

6. Civil asset forfeiture completely tossed. In order to seize anything there needs to be a criminal conviction and proof beyond a reasonable doubt that said seized property was only theirs because of the crime committed (either directly or through cash funds from said crime). None of this 'we take it and you have to prove you didn't get it illegally to get it back' nonsense. If property is seized inappropriately in a court of law, the person wronged should get back 3 times the value of said property along with appropriate interest based on the value of the seizure and the time it was held, along with getting their legal fees paid.

7. Higher punishments for the homeless who turn the places they dwell into blighted hellscapes. I am talking things like indecent exposure, public drug use, littering needles, deficating on the street, harassment of people trying to use public parks or sidewalks they have taken over, low level things that tend to happen as precursors to the violence and fires that eventually come. While all people have rights, the rights of people who work and pay into the system should never be over-ridden by people who don't. Private property rights are fundamental to a functioning society. When people have something, be it a car, a home, a business, or even an empty lot you own that you put a tent on, it means they have something to lose and will generally work to maintain what they have. We've seen what the homeless do when put into nice apartments, it's not theirs so they have no problem completely destroying it.

8. Work with African countries to give the american blacks who feel they are still suffering from slavery the option to return to Africa. There are nations there such as Ghana that is willing to welcome them back. I see no problem giving them some monetary assistance in this endevor. Supply them with a 1 way ticket, 500-1000 usd worth of the currency in their chosen destination a and a voucher worth up to 5000 usd that can be used to purchase land in their new home on top of whatever they themselves bring. Maybe even have a program to assist them in liquidating their assets before taking the move.

9. Abolition of public unions. Bothe the police union and the teachers unions have done nothing but hurt their respective profession's image in the eyes of the public. Be it police officers not getting fired after many incidents where they abuse their powers or teachers getting away with some really sketchy shit and being just fine. I'm not hardline against unions in any way, I believe in cases such as amazon and other large companies they do much more good than harm, even if they are not perfect. When 2 wolves and a sheep have to vote for dinner, the sheep has a better chance to get out alive as the 2 wolves bicker over who gets what parts each gets than if one much larger wolf just decides to eat the sheep.

10. Border wall goes up, people stay out. Mexico can create tent cities on their side to house people while their requests are processed. If you're claiming to be a refugee from any state other than Mexico, you're denied. If you have nothing of worth to offer our country, we don't need you, there is enough dead weight here already.

11. Slash foriegn aid. We should not be playing world police until all of our problems are taken care of and our national debt is eradicated. Fuck Ukraine and fuck giving aid to Africa. People choose to live in places that are utterly inhospitable to human life and we bail them out with food aid. Instead of trying to better their situations, they just pop out more kids because they are being taken care of and the situation gets worse and worse.

12. Harsher penalties for repeat offenders. I am of the opinion that when sending someone to jail, they should have their past convictions added to their current sentence. previous misdemeanors can add 1 week to 1 month each depending on the severity, and previous felonies add 1 month to 1 year depending on severity. That way the local meth head who multiple misdemeanors every month goes off the deep end and commits a serious offence, he will go away for far longer than he otherwise would. It also means people who offend once are not punished extra on their first offences, and might just have the incentive to not screw up again because they know things will be added to their time.

13. Federal government backs the fuck up. States will take on 95% of what the federal government does. The federal government will impose no laws onto the states but exist solely to challenge and repeal laws a state passes that over-steps their authority and steps on constitutional rights. We are a country with a similar landmass to all of europe combined, what works in Los Angeles, CA does not work in Fargo, ND or the other way around.

14. 3 letter agencies have 99% of their power stripped away from them. They can be used as contact points or consultants for state or local police but can take no action on their own. They will simply be a tool that other departments can use to help them and nothing more.

I'm sure I could think up 20 more if I sat and thought about it, but thats what I came up with off the top of my head.
