If your strong enough, could you pull a persons head and spinal column out like in mortal kombat and the predator?

In films people seem to be made of plasticine. If someone was lying prone and you stuck your hand into the mouth and got a good grip, knee on the shoulder. Would a person be strong enough to pull the head clean off?

Morbid question but I was just daydreaming about cool ways to kill villains in films.

No clue, but I know just the person who might

Your skull would disconnect from your spine before the spine comes out. You have to realize that it's attached to both your ribcage and your hips, and bound by muscle. Even executions by hanging of the neck were carried out by a sudden drop, which would sever the upper portions of the spine. Suicides by hanging are usually far worse, as there isn't much space for these poor people to drop and die immediately, they tend to suffocate to death.

Tl;dr No.

There's a scene from the Silent Hill film where Pyramid Head skins a woman like ripping a tablecloth off a table. I don't think such a thing is possible much like cleanly ripping spines out, but it sure is awesome to see media depict it.

The real problem is that they're strongly connected to other parts of the body so you can't do it cleanly unless you made cuts beforehand.

I think the trick is probably to grab the spine instead of the head. That way the head will just come off along with it when you rip the spine out and everyone will be really impressed with u

Short answer, yes. Long answer, you have to be an absolute unit to do it easily.

I'm not sure about humans, though I don't see why the same principle wouldn't apply, but you absolutely can deglove something. For wild hares and squirrels, that's the method most used to get clean pelts.
