I don’t think so. She’s constantly frittering money away on restaurants, electronics, trinkets ect.

It’s the same reason she won’t take her animals
to get their nails trimmed or check out that growing lump on Twinkie- she simply doesn’t care and refuses to engage in anything that would be a slight inconvenience or make her uncomfortable.
 
To be fair, bloodwork without insurance is expensive. I'm sure she could afford it but I guess she isn't willing to pay.

I wonder how much shit she's gonna get for this from her audience? Doctor wants bloodwork and she's refusing to do it? How does she expect her doctor to help her, then?

TBH there isn't any point in Amber paying for medical diagnostics until she's willing to do what her doctor tells her regarding therapy and other lifestyle changes.

She's said numerous times as she goes through her weight loss journey cycle that she won't talk about her weight or diet again. Like with food, she doesn't have the discipline for that either.

Blood tests are stupidly expensive without insurance. Like more than 500 dollars for now much testing. She needs to buy insurance already, it will more than pay for itself whenever she ends up in the hospital.

Plausible deniability. As long as there is no diagnosis by a real doctor, Amber can pretend she's fine, just big. She can also keep on telling herself that there is a "trick" to losing weight - one that people won't tell her. She'll spend her life searching for the "trick" - you know? the one that will cause her to shed pounds and pounds as she sleeps? - One day she'll show all the haydurz! She'll wake up gorgeous and 300lb lighter. Just you wait and see.

If Amber follows through with her doctors recommendations she'll have to face the truth that there is no "trick", and that one has to work hard to fix health problems. She'll have to develop accountability, responsibility and humbleness. Amber wants none of that.
 
All these full body shots of Amber makes me think she has some sort of PayPal Patron arrangement where these fat fetish pervs pay the YouTuber on the low to produce specific content for them. Trisha Paytas admitted she had people email her and pay her to eat specific things during her mukbangs so I don’t think it’s that far fetched. Plus our gorl gets to keep her modesty and keep her clothes on. That’s my pet conspiracy theory for these past vlogs.

Also the way she talks about this doctor she likely only saw once, possibly twice after getting the Wellbutrin changed to lexapro... “she didn’t reply in 5 days”, “I’m asking for help and I hope to receive it”. The last time I checked doctors, although they do like to help people, don’t do it for free.

I really don’t know what her idea of help is, because aside from wiring your jaw shut, only you Big AL can stop eating all this bullshit. Maybe you can have Becky consult the spirits on the ouija board as to how to do that.

It’s sweet that her and Becky will be able to continue their romance from beyond the grave tho.

She has complained about a wisdom tooth that has been trying to come in for years now and has been a source of pain. It's obviously impacted and has been pushing against her other teeth as it tries to grow in, which is a common problem and one of the reasons dentists are proactive about removing them before they start growing in. Her teeth have slowly shifted to one side and crowded together as a result of the pressure.

The only legal form of methamphetamine on the market is Desoxyn which prescribed in extremely rare cases (a physician might prescribe it once or twice a year as a last resort and would likely hesitate to even do that). It's much safer for a physician to consider prescribing an amphetamine with the appropriate treatment plan and running through trial and error than jumping to Desoyxn immediately.

Depending on the quality of the bed, bariatric hospital beds can support 550-1000 lbs so she still has room to grow and hospitals generally have enough of those beds on standby. The issue is that, like you said, she needs to find a specialist who deals with the super morbidly obese and those surgeons are rare gem. Most surgeons don't want to deal with patients of this size because there's a huge chance of them dying on the table or developing post-op infections. She needs to get help sooner rather than later but everyone has been saying that for years now and she still won't listen.

Even if she could fit in a dentist's chair I'm not sure a dentist would remove them without her having a heart checkup. If her teeth have some infection or bacteria going on can't that effect the heart during the removal of the wisdom teeth?

For an impacted wisdom tooth removal, I'd imagine that she would have to be put under and no dentist is going to do that for a 500+ pound person, with or without clearance from a doctor. It's too much of a liability since people Al's size are much more likely to die from complications while under general anesthesia.

The belly button is anchored inside the body, so once you start getting properly heavy the fat can start to hang from each side with a indent in the middle. Based on how AL holds her weight (if she were lighter you'd call her pear shaped) I think that's what's happening here, so I would say it's her lower stomach hanging down, not her vag.
