I didn't hear her say "buying." I think she's just renting. You usually aren't able to look at and buy a house in 2 months.

Plus, when you buy, you aren't worried about finding a place that allows pets.

You got good credit and history with a bank you can easily buy a house within a month or less. Bank will rubber stamp everything in days, just scheduling a closing with lawyers can take a week or two.

She has to be renting. There is no way a mortgage lender would look at her iffy career prospects, shitty to nonexistent credit, and history of bill dodging and decide that shes someone to risk a mortgage on. And if they did, then I guess inbreeding is more common there than I had imagined.

This. This is why people who are self-employed shouldn’t cheat or skimp on reporting income on their tax returns because that (and credit score) is what banks look at about when you come into their loan office.

Many self-employed ppl find they can’t get approved for mortgages they could easily afford because the drastically unreported their income trying to dodge taxes.

Amber will not be buying a home any time soon. Becky getting on SSI has a better chance to buy a shitty trailer because at least that’s guaranteed income with the tax reported.

A few things I noticed with her story

1) it's a bit odd that all of a sudden she claims their landlord already had someone ready to go and gave them a deadline out of the blue. Now I know she's said that they all told them they were looking for a new place to move ( which is fucking retarded I've never of that) but it seems odd, ecpsiecally if they haven't actually found a place and just told the landlord they were looking. Either she's lying and they are all getting kicked out, or the landlord really wanted them out and needed a excuse

2) The fact that Erick and Ricky are moving out. She claims they also just happened to be moving out after dead silence on their part, and we have slowly seen them isolate themselves more and more and try to little by little do more for themselves ( like teaching Eric how to drive, losing weight, getting new friends etc.) I know amber and Becky have been looking and I beileve that, but this seems all a bit to coincidencel.

In my autistic opinion what most likely happened was that Eric and Ricky told then they were moving out, told the landlord, and since she's not on the lease, that they had to move too within the month.
But who fucking knows it's backwash Kentucky lol. I will say no matter what shitty thing they did I didn't mind Erick and Ricky and genuinely felt bad for ricky, I know he's retarded but could do worse for a Kentucky fag who works in a slaughter house. I just hope they eventually spill that tea. Also I don't like amber isolating Becky more, really bad abusive maneuver.
