No. Everyone is in a holding pattern right now. For the final plunge to happen will require a State Government to tell the Federal Government to go get fucked and then back it up by force. At this point I can see two ways this could happen in the next 4 years.

Option 1: Biden orders a national Covid Lockdown and South Dakota (or other situated states) refuse to implement it and tell Biden to go get fucked. At which point he could back down and accept a greatly diminished federal power, or try and make that State comply, blowing up the country.

Option 2: The Democrats carry out the threat to censure or worse, remove Senators who challenged the election Results. Like Ted Cruz. This action could very well lead to their States formally endorsing the position, and in the nuclear scenario of removal, (we use Cruz as the Hypothetical), Texas refuses to replace their unseated Senator and withdraws their Congressional delegation. While also saying they have no intention of enforcing or accepting Federal Mandates. Like Bidens blankant illegal immigrant mandates.

Both of these options are still outside bets. IMO the establishment has bought itself time with the Biden election and things will not accelerate right now. But we have been put on the path. Confidence in the system has been shattered and all that is required now is for one side or the other to bring the hammer down. And it will break. War is inevitable at this point. Maybe not in the next 4 year, but on the current trajectory barring some major reforms like a Constitutional Convention, the US will fall into Civil war by the end of the 2020's or mid 30s.

Honestly, I’ve only seen the left go into turbo to eliminate MAGA and use pure brute force to get their pet projects through (or in another sense, set the table for that to happen). If there’s any real fireworks, it’ll be in the left over a failure to bring about their progressive utopia fast enough now that Trump is out. And then there’s the part where we could see the left fight over who gets credit because the left has a massive hero complex.
