Ex-Intellivision Boss Tommy Tallarico Facing Lawsuit Over Office Furniture
Legal representatives for Tallarico responded to the lawsuit on February 8th, 2023, with 22 defenses and a prayer for relief (as spotted by CUPodcast).

Tallarico's attorneys claim, among other defenses, that Amur Equipment "has failed to fully pursue Intellivision Entertainment LLC before pursuing Defendant" and that "The purported personal guaranty is not enforceable against Defendant". It then goes on to allege "Negligent Administration of Financing", essentially arguing that Amur Equipment increased Tallarico's risk through bad decision-making in granting the loan in the first place, and also that the finance company performed a "sham sale" of the office equipment after repossession.

You can read the full response from Tallarico's attorneys here. Interesting to note is that they are not only asking for the complaint to be dismissed with prejudice in its entirety but are also seeking the costs that the defendant incurred in responding to the complaint.

I think Darius Truxton, out of all of these, needs his own thread. He isn't the worst by far, but he is certainly the most hypocritical.

He loves to critique everyone else for being unemployed, a basement dweller, unhealthy, virginal/gay, all of that stuff. Meanwhile he is in his 40s and has no job and lives in a subsidized apartment. He has the same lifestyle as an old cat lady, watching TV and playing his Switch most of the time, complaining about shows/games (the criticism never gets responded to BTW) instead of just refusing to watch/play them and do something else. Aside from his repetitive short videos where he critiques easy-target YouTubers (or should I say YouYubers) who are past their prime as well as updates on the Intellivision Amico where he critiques Tommy Tallarico, John Alvarado, Phil Adam, and the like, he also has livestreams.

The livestreams get special mention for being extremely boring, featuring poor gameplay (sometimes exceptionally so) where he will stop for long periods of time to rant about something on the internet or TV, stopping the game long enough for the idle screen to go dark. He has very few things among even those to talk about besides Nintendo, Intellivision, Football (the handegg variety), and Kayfabe Wrestling, and most of it is constant complaining. His game choices are questionable as well- he usually sticks with old favorites he's had plenty of time to get good at, or children's Nintendo games, which he is shockingly terrible at and requires plenty of backseating to help him. Mario Tennis 64, for example, is a game I mastered as a kid, but he could barely figure out how to do a Slice shot in. Most recently, he completed Powerwash Simulator in some of the most boring livestreams I've ever seen.

He also has quite possibly the biggest small name to big ego ratio I've ever seen- his videos consistently get less views than many of the YouTubers he makes fun of (such as Pat the NES Punk) as well as even getting fewer views than even Feminist Frequency's current videos, and I'm not making that up.

Darius Truxton also loves to talk himself up as a big fan of free speech and not being a soy boy and all that stuff, which has been proven untrue. His channel is a massive echo chamber and he is so obsessed with his internet enemies, he couldn't even pay attention to his job enough to keep working there. He has had multiple of his own channels banned/deleted and now takes refuge on Rumble.

If there's any justice he'll end up like that guy who was the god of backgammon but pissed away his money, drove apart his family, and died in a hotel room from drinking himself to death in his 40's.

Does the guy live in a mental institution? I've seen a couple of his videos sperging about that beatemups guy and it looks like records at a run-down hospital.
