My only complaint so far is that sometimes I don't know what the fuck the stealth segments want from me.

The social stealth segments are fun, the gunplay is decently fun if kind of retarded needing to constantly pick up enemy guns, the melee combat is mid (i don't like the red/yellow blocking and it makes group fights a clusterfuck of spamming parry), the story/characters are decently fun, but what the actual are some of these (thankfully short) avtual stealth parts.

I need to get a key card to progress, its on a table with one guard.

1. A second guard walks in and chats, then just fucking stands there in the room. I get caught fucking about trying to distract them because setting a nearby printer off brings a THIRD guard over.

2. The second guard leaves (so which of these is intended behavior you retard devs). I stun dart the one guard left and run past him to grab the key card and then hide again (this has worked previously). He is stunned for only a short period and instantly spots me as I grab the key.

So do I need to stun him and move faster? Is that just not going to work? Is the second guard supposed to be there? What the hell do you want from me game.

Otherwise I don't know man it's like Uncharted I don't give a fuck about Moneypenny being black (she needs a better outfit) but the plot is action movie fun. Just the stealth bits that aren't social stealth kind of suck.

It's like asking me if I liked Uncharted 2 or Resident Evil Remakes. They're mindless shit blows up Bond gets hit on by random married women fun. 7/10 good time. Should have waited for a sale. Performance is acceptable 60 fps on PC.

I have an issue with the running to cover mechanic. It just doesn't seem to work for me. Like I'm pressing the button and moving my left stick that way but he just won't move!

They should've kept the hitman ability to move bodies.

I prefer linear game then having an open world.
I do hope we get some solid driving action in the next game.

Double post, but fuck it.
Game sales has increased from 1.5 million in ther first day to 2.2 million units.
Most copies has been sold on Ps5.

you mean to tell me no one mentioned that he wasn't dressed properly?
There's a snarky gay couple at the top of the stairs in the museum that comments on the jacket Bond's wearing.

I had fun with this over the weekend. I liked how they killed of all the DEI 00-candidates off-screen, after almost no interaction, very woke.

There's six other candidates and the only two that get more than a line of optional dialog are the two white ones.

There's actually a few people that comment on Bond being underdressed, but it would have been a good time to put him into a classic Bond tux (plot wise I get why he just rolls in, which still worked for me. Especially since you can pass yourself off as a journalist).

Watched a clip of someone playing this last night, and it just looks like that forgotten Indiana Jones game from last year. Or maybe that Star Wars Outlaws turd. Extremely linear Uncharted-knockoff with sloppy fight mechanics, and terrible AI to make the stealth pointless.

Do people actually like these "games"? I tried playing some movie-game years ago, some Guardians of the Galaxy game, and I just couldn't work up the interest to finish it.

Is it me or does the UI looks like MindsEye's? Just look at the choice of font.

no? All the ui assets are skewed inward at an angle to give the impression theyre augmented hud elements the character actually can see. With halo blue and a fizzy texture to make it seem like a low-res hologram/display like something out of alien.

This just looks like most bond games with radial displays to represent watches, a trend which has been mostly consistent all the way back to goldeneye.

Because of course the menus in goldeneye were diagetically presented as a watch.

I'll give this a fair shake to see what I agree or disagree with, but one thing to keep in mind is that SyntheticMan plays a character for /v/. You will never find him disagree with whatever the consensus is there; so of course when I jump to the character section, he's saying things like "it's clear Greenway only dislikes Bond because he's a white male," when that's pretty much objectively false. Several other recruits are white men and he doesn't give them shit, and his whole character arc is that he's bitter and disillusioned because he thinks his best friend 009 (a white man) betrayed him and MI6 when he was actually framed.. He doesn't like Bond because he reminds him of himself before the job ground him down.

Feel like this is ANOTHER game which is forgotten in 2 years tops. Honestly this NEEDS to be a metric for people, for how likely someone would feel like going back to something a few years later. Its why I basically don't buy shit early on now because hype and figuring out something is mediocre rarely lasts over a a year, but anything good will still be recommended later.
