Attila confirms baby is in the NICU

I'm not sure he's either still in the process of becoming a citizen or here illegally, Jewel is bona fide mentally ill so how can she apply for a spouse visa for Atilla, are immigration slacking and not doing background checks? Atilla already has had a restraining order and domestic violence charges against Jewel from when they lived in Texas, He's had multiple arrests from doing IRL, IP2 posters have said he already has a kid in Canada who he is not allowed to see because he beat the shit out of her and her mom, Yet he still remains in this country. Its like immigration are determined to let degenerates like Atilla be part of our society. How none of this came up during the visa interview I don't know.
powerlevel: immigrant
Part of the GC[marriage] & naturalization process is basically saying you'll be financially responsible for the person so they don't immediately go on welfare. That's a non-starter right there.
If he's on a greencard, with his record, there's very little chance they'll accept him as a citizen or even accept a green-card renewal. Green cards are given for 10yr blocks with naturalization viable after the first 5.
I'm guessing he won't even try naturalization and will just become a GC overstay until the first arrest post-GC, then ICed.

How is he able to go up in front of a judge in court and basically nothing happens with immigration or ICE.

If I had to guess, either systemic inefficiencies or nothing felony level (don't know his sheet). I'm sure there's lots of ACLU shit at play before you can do stuff with anyone who at one point was legal.

I'm honestly surprised since being in texas, they work very closely with ICE.

The baby was born yesterday right? How can you be visiting her often. One time because it's only been one day(?) is not often. I guess they'd allow Jewel back in to see the spawn because now she's a visitor not a patient or seeking to be a patient... maybe.

Is Attila and Jewel going in front of the judge something that has been confirmed, and its not just the rantings of a crazed jewel? It seems like such a quick turn around, when it seems like CPS isnt even involved from what attila is saying? It seems like such a quick turn around, she gave birth and then a a day or two later theyre going to go in front of a judge. If theyre going to talk to a judge, they'll most like need a lawyer.

Peripheral to your point, but this clusterfuck illustrates how overburdened the legal system really is. Keeping Jewel off camera at Crystal's place (sort of) worked and, since fleeing Texas, they've managed to insulate themselves from legal issues by way of simple mobility. There've been no immigration hearings, no restraining order violations, one 5150 ( I think) and that's about it. Why did it take shitting out an drug-laden eggplant for the authorities to intervene?

Its the eggplant itself that's causing intervention. They were two consenting adults happily ruining their lives which was low priority to the world. Add a kid to it in a hospital setting with people legally obligated to report and everything changes.

CPS will definitely be involved now, the hospital have a duty to report. Here, social services go straight to court within a day or two if they’re not planning on letting the parents leave the hospital with the baby. They have no legal right to make that decision themselves. I’m not in the states so I can’t confirm it works the same way there but it would make sense.

Bec is the one who said Atilla and Jewel have to go see a judge on her RV cam, someone posted it in this thread earlier but I can't find it.

I assume being a repeat offender so to speak is not going to make this a hard decision. ” Where are your other children?” Oh IDK the state took them away then I’ve been too busy smoking meth and and getting pimped out by my husband to check up on them. “I see what about living arrangements.” Oh I live in a 2009 Honda Civic.

My faith in the American justice system is pretty rock bottom but even I have a hard time imagining them fucking this up.

Even so, don’t expect them to be TPR’d immediately. Parents need time to demonstrate change (or not, in this case) so the most likely outcome is baby going to foster care or relatives and the parents getting supervised visits and a case plan. I’d be surprised if they even bothered to show to visits regularly let alone working their case plan so they may as well voluntarily give up their rights, it’ll happen in time anyway.

This got a laugh out of me, I feel awful

Never get into social work or family law then, friend. American family courts are where hope, reason and human decency go to die. They're famous for just how catastrophically wrong their rulings tend to be and how much they can devastate families and destroy children's lives. I'm actually pretty surprised more judges haven't been shot in Minecraft over their routinely awful decisions.

It's not just family courts, either. CPS themselves are comically incompetent. They've fielded thousands of complaints about Desmond is Amazing -- a young teenaged boy forced into drag queen bullshit by a gay-fixated attention whore of a mother, and who is obviously being groomed for (and abused by) pedophiles -- and repeatedly determined that everything's just fine and dandy.

Attila and Jewel are the safest people for CPS to corral because they are white, the baby is white, they are trash, and fall into no category that would cause the woke to revolt against government intrusion. They are violent drug addicts who display contemptuous degeneracy to make a "living," live in a car, sell each other's asses, have super nova explosions daily, and Jewel has such explosions while often wearing a wetsuit complete with cap.

They ain't leaving with that baby and won't show up to any sort of visitation or classes that might lead to reunification. Her mama isn't gonna take the baby, his family isn't gonna help, and baby Sophia hopefully ends up in a prosperous home, with two successful parents anxious enough to adopt a white child that they are willing and able to deal with the cons of raising a child born addicted to drugs and sired by violent and mentally ill simpletons.

But rest assured, there is no way they are leaving that hospital with the baby. I imagine they've had a couple of terrible meltdowns since the birth. Just their erratic behaviors alone would bring in CPS but a blood test on Sophia will settle it once and for all.

I'm honestly surprised the IP2 Karens haven't organized a massive call-in campaign to save this baby (although maybe they have and we just haven't seen evidence of it yet).

I'm not trying to defend these pieces of garbage but everyone keeps trying to say jewel is hooked on all sorts of drugs when all she does is smoke pot and ate some hallucinogens a couple of times from what i have seen. The baby is not withdrawing from anything first off and the system is so strained at the moment that I doubt they have time to even look into her situation tbh but i hope im wrong.
