I've been on prescription Adderall for nearly 10 years (XR these days) and I've never once experienced any of those effects. No euphoria, no jaw clenching, no all-nighters, nothing. I've asked several physicians over the years why that is, and they've all told me "because it's actually working for you and you're not abusing it." Still bums me out a little though. Feels like I'm missing out on something (occasionally) fun. And I sure as shit could use a 24-hour period full of genuine energy and focus. Can barely stay awake most days now as it is.
