As a fan of both IP2 and Fishtank they really don't compare at all. Fishtank is a heavily controlled environment. You have multiple cameras and staff that can step in anytime things get out of control. You aren't going to see someone get robbed, overdose or get blackout drunk and get raided by the cops.
