I have never seen Kai Cenat before but the footage shown by the second clip really paints him exactly as I imagined.,

Meanwhile, some White man in England is probably serving 5 years because he said he's "not too particularly fond of the swarthy ruffians moseying about the neighborhood at the late hours" on his Facebook page.
