Is bullying in schools acceptable?

I wouldn't say it's accepted, but it happens. Not physical though. Just people saying stupid stuff that only insecure morons would be offended by. Like, "You hair ain't on fleek girl" or "You got no shoe game dawg" and the infamous "You're ugly". My friends and I tease one another, so we (especially me) can take idiocy like that.

This is considered bullying now apparently. Not having the same redundant shoes or hair style. Many of them deserve it. They have crappy personalities, annoying, or are seriously awkward.

What's funny is that the type I listed are considered "unique". What's unique about having the same hideous sense of fashion and acting thuggish? Strange.

I think we're talking about the chronic bullying here. Banter and occasional insults are not them same as day-in/day-out ridicule

(of which @NostalgiaJazzAdmirer is entirely worthy of)
