Christine identifies as female and dresses fairly feminine (by her standards), so I don't think she's gender neutral.
Gender neutral is also a fairly broad term and some people who are genderneutral may identify as female but dress androgynous to avoid problems with working with clients, or just because they don't feel entirely comfortable dressing female until they're able to move out because it causes a lot of problems with their family.
