Although to give a sincere answer to an odd question, if it were classified as a form of sexual torture, I imagine women would be fine with such legal definition. Jailed like it was some sort of finger-removing and letting the rot set in torture sort of depravity. Its like a faggot kidnapping a straight dude and giving his ass expansions until he couldn't shit properly, its not outright sex but holy fuck that's sexual on another level. Kidnapping a person and instead letting your dog rape them is still criminal rape for kidnapper.

Forced pregnancy morally feels categorically like if your plumber showed up in a rubbersuit to fix your sink with a note from his boyfriend saying it was their exhibitionist kink, that's not rape but making someone participate in another's fetish should get someone pushed off a tall building if you know what I mean. Only months long, and much more brutal in other ways.

Giacomo Casanova, the guy known for being the romantic type, once saw an execution in France with a few ladies. It's pretty clearly sexual since you're using using sexual organs, to create sexual gametes, to forcibly impregnate a woman's sexual organs. And also probably jacking off to it. As for is it rape? Criminally maybe not, but the criminal code is slow and out of date on shit like this. Remember that rape and domestic abuse laws were written in a way that women were excluded categorically until recently, and in some places that's still the case. The legal definition is going to take a while to catch up to relatively new phenomenon like artificial insemination, but social consciousness still knows what's up.

That said I'm not against classifying it as something else if people come up with a sufficiently horrifying name for it ala "pozzing".
