The US Teachers Union is probably the most powerful Union in the US. The stats said they are something like 98% Democrat voters. Major Democrat donors.
And if you don't think holding the position to be in control of the youngest minds, the next generation, is power. I don't know what to tell you.
I don't know if you remember school but teachers are not this ultimate authority figure, they can get into tons of problems with parents for any reason.
Doesn't really give each high school teacher any real power, by power, I don't mean middle-class teachers doing their job and having shitty salaries. Those are environments that are very controlled by the community they are in.
Bankers, politicians, people who run big industries,
And kids get more culture from media and other sources than from school.
Values and morality set come mostly from their families.
School is just a nursery control for kids and a socialization training camp.
You just love demonizing shit so your flimsy identity can have a solid thing to fall back on, but clown world has always been clown world, and it has always been full of oblivious fucks wanting to keep themselves numb.
Blame some random Union of workers for all the shit that happens, but deep down you know the "evil" of any society is deep into the filth of the very low and reaches the very top.
