Perhaps the gay-game refers to a Gameboy or some other handheld console. I can see Chris just playing games while his parents do the hard work.

Actually I think that's Barb stuttering and the transcriber having typed it that way. Not as in "that game is gay," but as in "gah-game."

Oh, maybe! I thought they dropped Chris off at Books-a-Million for game night in Richmond one last time before they moved.
