What happened on mumsnet?

I lurk the feminists boards there, trying to ignore the man hating, just to see if they raise any legitimate issues. They talked about a common male mentality that might be be putting their daughters in danger. I wasn't sure if they were right but it concerned me so I raised it here. Big mistake. Don't post when you're not fully there.
I'm having nightly fits in bed. Like sundowning. You automatically name stuff when you're like this like with innerspace holodeck. Those attacks are damnations and I honestly can't endure another one they're agony.
oh so that's how come you look so sleepy

Do you have a diagnosis?
That sounds incredibly difficult to deal with.
Is there anyone in your life who can come and be with you? Your mum? A sibling?

No. My poor old mum is in hospital herself and not all there. I have a sister but she needs serious help too. Sometimes she's like a demon. Getting hysterically angry and crying over the smallest thing. Even I can diagnose that bipolar. But no she never got the diagnoses. Any stress like taking care of me and the demon sister is back. And I don't want that person looking after me.

how old are you meant to be?

Get a haircut and trim your beard and you'll look just fine. Your situation honestly doesn't seem hopeless, if you can work on yourself and get the proper help.
That's the problem. Even opening the front door is overwhelming let alone visiting a barber. I know it must be difficult to understand for a normal person but believe me it's real.

If your family has a history of mental illness like you say, you should talk to a doctor. You need to be calmed down and take a nap first and foremost. There's most likely medication that will help you, find a doctor/therapist and talk to them. No one from kiwifarms is going to go to your house and take care of you, but if you have the money you say you do you can definitely afford therapy to get yourself back on track. Clean your room and take a shower, you'll feel better.

I understand it being overwhelming to talk to people, but you need to. Find a doctor you can call over the phone or at the very least email. There are professionals who can help you.

If it’s supported housing is there a janny of some kind? You need someone to come and sit with you for a bit, make you a hot drink and all that.
Do you have the crisis team number, or whatever the Irish equivalent is?
Can you put something incredibly soothing and dull on the telly and just watch that? Something really benign like gardeners world, that’s basically like a warm TV bath?
