I lurk the feminists boards there, trying to ignore the man hating, just to see if they raise any legitimate issues. I would recommend start with contacting someone higher up in the organization that is supposed to be helping you. Celebrities don't seem to really take cases from random joes, but I don't entirely know the politics of it - just that someone I know wasn't able to get some guy's attention.

Well whatever null thinks is the best thing to do I'll respect that. If he doesn't want that I'll just say anonymous Internet people helped me. He must be aware of all this be now right?

Him being aware does not, unfortunately, mean he has a particularly invested interest in this. He's not a mental health counselor and I feel like this wouldn't be the first time he's dealt with someone who needs help he cannot offer.

If he could give the name of the company that's neglecting him to a local news organization that would go a long way since any kind of negative reporting tends to kick people into higher gear.

A minor power level example of this is that a local news station in my area runs a program where people can contact the station about various problems (such as companies overcharging them and not responding to complaints) and 9/10 times just the station calling the company results in the persons problem getting fixed.
