My name's slightly unusual but at least it's a real name. The only trouble it gives me is that it's normally misspelled by other people, or I'm called by another name altogether.

I'm outraged on behalf of these newer generations being given the most incomprehensibly shit names by their single moms, or they're just named after fictional characters and getting bullied for it now.

I know a kid named Tano, as in Star Wars' Ahsoka Tano. He was born before Disney destroyed the IP and like all the Daenerys' out there, it's an embarrassing association now.

On the opposite side of things, if you have an incredibly common name or are a junior, has it given you trouble in other ways?

my name is super common. ive always hated it. i remember there were a couple of guys in elementary with the exact same name. so annoying to always hear your name called but it turns out to be one of the 4 other guys with your name who is being called.
even with my last name it is a common name. what was annoying was all versions of firstname +lastname.com for me were all taken. also same with email addresses.

I have a relatively uncommon Hebrew name from the Old Testament paired with an English last name. People often assume I am black when seeing my name, then they see me in person and assume I am a Jew with an altered last name. It is extremely annoying as I am neither black or Jewish.

So common I can find multiple search results of different people (none of which are me) even with a germanic spelling of the last name. Think my first name is also top 5 most popular for my year of birth.

Not as common of a biblical name as "John" or "Mark" or "Michael", but common enough that I would say it's pretty boring and average.

My full name, John Doe is SUPER common. I even hear it on TV sometimes.

Fairly common, with an even more common nickname that I will not answer to. Found in the New Testament, but that's not why I have it.

its the kind of name you would give a kid if you wanted it to be autistic
its common, doesnt roll off the tongue well and its derived from another name that people constantly mistakenly call me by
i also have basic ass last name which doesnt really mean anything so that means my full name is kinda shit tier and has never been a point of pride for me in any way
my mom had a really badass maiden name though i wish i had got it too
